Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t want to overcomplicate things, so our return policy is simple…If you’re not in love with the product, let us know, and we’ll either replace it, exchange it, or refund it.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot process a refund, return or exchange for:

Items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

products received more than 60 days ago
- Exception: if a product falls under our 3 Year No Fade Guarantee.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
If your item is replaced instead, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if:

Production has not yet begun, and
-
The order has not been shipped
To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:

Shipments marked “delivered” by the carrier

Packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
However, we will do our best to help file a claim or locate the package.
